Ordering Instructions
For faster processing, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the appropriate order form electronically and email it to pahgenetics.us@pfizer.com.
2.Print a copy of the order form and add your signature on page 1.
3.Send a copy of the signed order form with the samples you are submitting to Pfizer Animal Genetics at the address below.
